  • Visit GTbank official website: https://www.gtbank.com/
  • Click on dispense error at the footer
  • Insert your NUBAN/Account Number
  • Last 6 digits of the card
  • Select the transaction period
  • View the transaction of interest
  • Report particular failed transaction and log it

Issue will be resolved within 3-5 working days
