Customer: Attaincom, I subscribed to my DSTV and GOTV and they are yet to be showing.

Attaincom: A lot of factors can be caused by the following:

  1. If you haven’t subscribed to your decoder for many months, it may have probably been disconnected and you will need to reactivate it.
  2. If you subscribed to a bouquet that is higher or lower than your previous subscription

Below are the solutions to these likely issues

  1. Kindly download MyGOTV or MyDSTV mobile app from the google play store to clear your error 16 and 32 or

You can also reset your decoder by using the USSD in the following ways:

2. FOR DSTV RESET: *288# on the mobile line you used in registering the decoder or text RA SC number to 30333

3. For GOTV RESET: Send REST IUC number to 4688 on the line you used in Registering the decoder

Alternatively, You can send a mail to [email protected] providing the details of your decoder i.e (IUC number, Name, and Registered phone number on it) and be assured that the problem will be fixed within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
